Biking Group

We asked, you answered, we listened. According to a recent poll, our trail users would like to see a community biking group on the Markin-MacPhail Westside Legacy Trail.

The biking group will be held Wednesdays from 6 to 7:30 pm. We will meet at the second parking lot of the Trail.

The MMWLT can present a challenging ride. For this reason, it is very important that you bring enough water and comfortable clothing. Please bring your helmet as well.

During the biking group, we will ride 14 kilometers in total, but you may turn back or continue to go further if you wish.

This is a great chance to get active, and to get connected with your community. We hope to see you there!

Directions to the second parking lot from Invermere: Follow 13th Ave south until it becomes Westside Rd. Continue past Castle Rock Estates for roughly 2.5 km. The second parking lot will be located on the right hand side of the road near a small pond.
