Summer Solstice Bike and Bonfire

Starts 7pm

On June 21st at 7 pm, join us on the MMWLT to celebrate the summer solstice. Participants will have the option of walking/biking/jogging at their own pace, or doing a guided bike tour with Bob Shaunessy.
After the ride at 9 pm, we will be providing a bonfire and free s’mores for everyone involved.

To begin the tour, we will be meeting at the 2nd parking lot of the MMWLT (located 2.5 km after Castle Rock on Westside Rd.)

Mountainfilm showcases culturally rich, adventure-packed, and inspiring documentary films curated from the Mountainfilm festival held every Memorial Day weekend in Telluride, Colorado. Mountainfilm celebrates indomitable spirit!

Fatbike Day

12:30pm Hither Dither parking lot - 2.5km from North Trailhead

Did you know the Trail can be just as great in the winter as it is in the summer? On Dec. 28th at 12:30 pm, the Markin-MacPhail Westside Legacy Trail Fund Raising Committee will be hosting a Fatbike Day. Owners of fatbikes are encouraged to bring their own bike; if you don’t own one, a limited number of bikes are also available to rent. People looking to walk or snowshoe are also welcome.

Saturday October 6th. Doors at 6, going late!

Invitations will be sent to current and previous donors to the Westside Legacy Trail. Keep an eye out for yours!

Join us October 6th to celebrate the success and progress of the Westside Legacy Trail. Enjoy music from the Small Town Dirtbages, and beverages from Arrowhead Brewing Company and Tinhorn Creek Winery.

A shuttle will be available to take you home.
