CBT jumps in with another $250,000!!

Greenways is pleased to announce Columbia Basin Trust has approved a second $250,000 grant towards construction of the Westside Legacy Trail!  “We are thrilled to have CBT contribute another quarter of million dollars to this great community project”, said a very pleased Mark Halwa, Executive Director of Greenways.  “This helps us get started on the second last segment of the trail”, known as Lakeview, “which gets us within a few kilometers of the south trailhead in Fairmont Hot Springs”.  Columbia Basin Trust reviewed and approved the funding in less than month, making it the fastest turnaround of any granting organization to date.
