CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS
Construction on the Trail is moving ahead full speed! Paving the final stretch at the south end is scheduled for the week of August 24. Assuming the fire risks stays on our side, we will be paved from end to end by September!
The new loop around the beaver pond is beginning to take shape, with clearing well underway. This loop will keep the Trail off the road, and add a beautiful addition to the route.
Trail amenities and donor recognition pieces are appearing on the Trail – keep an eye out for them! You may also watch for the elf picnic area, mysteriously appearing long the Trail to welcome even the smallest guests!
INCREASING IN POPULARITY
As word spreads about Our Trail, the number of user counts continues to grow. 2020 numbers have already surpassed the 25,000 counts recorded in 2019. An it’s not just bikers! Families are getting out to enjoy it.
