Request for Quotation: Paving Segments 6 & 7
Greenways, in cooperation with the Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK), is seeking to pave Segments 6 & 7 and an approximately 1 kilometre reroute of the Markin-MacPhail Westside Legacy Trail between the communities of Invermere and Fairmont Hot Springs, paralleling the Westside Road.
We are requesting qualified offers from established organizations which have a proven track record with all aspects of paving multi-use trails in the Columbia Valley. These aspects include mobilization of equipment and product, traffic control, supply and place base crush on pathway 4m wide and supply and place 50mm hot mix asphalt 3m wide. The paving of approximately 9.8 kilometres is planned for summer 2020.*
